Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream

- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- Yellow meals coloring drops (optional)
Instructions:
1. Combine white chocolate chips and butter in a heatproof bowl.
2. Heat heavy cream till simmering, then pour over chocolate combination and stir till smooth.
3. Add lemon zest and juice, combine well.
4. Gradually mixture in powdered sugar till smooth. Optionally, add yellow meals coloring.
5. Chill for two hours, then form into truffle-sized balls. Dust in powdered sugar. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes earlier than serving.
