Loaded Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

This low carb cauliflower broccoli salad is a great dish for a summer picnic or party. This keto broccoli salad is easy to make and contains bacon cheese and other delicious ingredients mixed with a sugar-free mayonnaise-based dressing. Serving contains only 1.9g net carbs per serving!

I’m sure you went on a picnic and ate the ever-popular broccoli salad.It’s crunchy, sweet and creamy and full of good things like cheese, bacon and sometimes raisins.

Well, today I have prepared a low carb cauliflower broccoli salad for you that will satisfy your craving for the popular broccoli salad. I loved this dish and will be making it all summer long. I especially like that it only contains 1.9g net carbs per serving!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon swerve or other sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cups raw broccoli
  • 3 cups raw cauliflower
  • ½ chopped red onion
  • ½ cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces bacon
  • ½ cup Raw walnut pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, add mayonnaise, Swerve and apple cider vinegar. Whisk to combine.
In a large bowl, add the dressing and all other ingredients and mix well.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
