Lobster Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hot dog buns or split-top rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Optional: diced celery, finely chopped green onions

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Lobster Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. If you like a bit of crunch, you can also add some diced celery and finely chopped green onions.
  2. Toast Rolls: Brush the inside of each hot dog bun or split-top roll with melted butter. Toast the buns in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Assemble Lobster Rolls: Fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture, evenly dividing it among the rolls.
  4. Serve: Garnish with additional chives or parsley if desired. Serve immediately while the rolls are still warm.
