Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Coat the Chicken:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and place in a baking dish.
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, Romano cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Top the Chicken:
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Bake:
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese topping is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
