  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Optional toppings: chopped pickles, mustard, sugar-free ketchup


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish.

  2. Cook the Beef Mixture:
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until beef is browned. Drain the fat. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chopped cooked bacon. Stir to combine.

  3. Layer in Dish:
    Spread the beef and bacon mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  4. Prepare Egg Mixture:
    In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until smooth.

  5. Assemble:
