This is the great zucchini lasagna recipe made besides grains or gluten, low in carbs, keto and you may no longer care! Just 6 internet carbs per serving!

INGREDIENTS
- Two kilos zucchini sliced lengthwise, ¼ inch thick (For exceptional effects use a mandoline slicer or vegetable peeler or sharp knife)
- 1 ½ kilos floor beef
- 1 tablespoon more virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups marinara sauce divided, no brought sugar
- 16 oz ricotta cheese or see selections above
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano or use two teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon beaten purple pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 ranges F.
- Lay sliced zucchini strips onto two greased baking sheet pans.
- Bake for 15 minutes or till fork gentle and set aside.
- In a massive skillet, over medium heat, prepare dinner floor red meat in oil with garlic till browned completely.
- Add salt and pepper and two cups of tomato sauce. Set aside.
- In a bowl mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella (save the different cup for topping), eggs and seasonings.

- Spread half of the ricotta combination over the zucchini.
- Spread half of the meat sauce over the cheese.
- Lay greater zucchini slices over the meat and repeat once more with the rest of the cheese and meat mixture.
- Finish with the remaining slices of zucchini.
- Top with reserved marinara sauce and reserved mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes blanketed then uncovered for 10 minutes till golden brown.
- Give it a speedy 1-2 minutes beneath broil if you like a crispier topping.
