Million Dollar Spaghetti is a spaghetti casserole with noodles, cheese and homemade meat sauce. It’s inexpensive, easy to make, and a meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) spaghetti
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 jar (16 ounces) spaghetti sauce
  • ½ cup butter, sliced, divided
  • 1 container (8 ounces) cottage cheese
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese , softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 package (8 ounces) sharp shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Millionaire Spaghetti Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Cook spaghetti in boiling water until cooked through but al dente, about 12 minutes.Flow away.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain the fat and discard. Place in a bowl and mix with spaghetti sauce.
Place half of the butter slices in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch pot.Spread half of the spaghetti on the plate.
Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream in a bowl; Spread the mixture over the spaghetti. Top with remaining spaghetti and top with remaining butter slices.
Pour the minced meat mixture over the spaghetti and distribute evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.Top with the cheddar cheese and continue baking until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 15 minutes more.
