Pineapple cake has been a traditional dessert for years and one recipe that by no means receives old. However, to make it even greater amazing, we are going to share a new Moist Pineapple Cake recipe with you. Our recipe is sure to make anyone’s style buds dance with pleasure as it contains the juiciness of pineapples with the tenderness of cake in each and every bite. This recipe is paired with a luscious cream cheese icing, including an more layer of creaminess, and elevating the flavors to the subsequent level.

INGREDIENTS

  •  One can of overwhelmed pineapples
  •  1 half cups of all-purpose flour
  •  1 cup of sugar
  •  two eggs
  •  half cup of vegetable oil
  •  1 teaspoon of baking soda
  •  1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  •  Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a massive bowl, combine collectively the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add the eggs and stir till properly combined.
4. Add the oil, pineapple, and vanilla extract; stir till absolutely mixed.
5. Pour the combination into a casserole dish.
6. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Once the cake has cooled, unfold the cream cheese icing (see below) over the top.
8. Serve and enjoy! If you desire, garnish with shredded coconut.

Cream Cheese Icing Recipe:
Ingredients

  •  four oz. of cream cheese
  •  1/4 cup of butter, softened
  •  two cups of powdered sugar
  •  1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a bowl, combination collectively the cream cheese and butter.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, stir till definitely mixed.
3. Add the vanilla extract and stir till easy and creamy.
4. Use straight away or refrigerate till equipped to use.
