If you’re looking for a light, airy pastry that’s effortlessly delicious, Nun’s Puffs are the perfect treat. With just a few simple ingredients, these golden bites come out of the oven puffed, soft, and ready to be topped with sweet honey or sugar.
Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter

1 cup whole milk

¼ cup all-purpose flour

4 large eggs

Honey or granulated sugar, for topping
Instructions

Melt & Mix:
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the milk. Once hot, stir in the flour and mix well until smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. -
Add Eggs:
Beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. -
Bake:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin generously and spoon the batter into the cups, filling each about halfway.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the tops are puffed and golden brown. -
Top & Serve:
While still warm, drizzle with honey or sprinkle with sugar for a sweet finish.
