Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • 4 large eggs

  • Honey or granulated sugar, for topping

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the milk. Once hot, stir in the flour and mix well until smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

  2. Add Eggs:
Beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.

  3. Bake:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin generously and spoon the batter into the cups, filling each about halfway.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the tops are puffed and golden brown.

  4. Top & Serve:
While still warm, drizzle with honey or sprinkle with sugar for a sweet finish.
