Oreo Cheesecake Stuffed Donut Burger

  • Author: kecha

Description

This Oreo Cheesecake Donut Burger is an outrageous dessert mashup featuring soft glazed donuts loaded with creamy cheesecake filling, whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and rich chocolate spread. It’s a fun, indulgent treat that’s perfect for parties, birthdays, or whenever you want a dessert that turns heads.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 glazed donuts (cut in half to make top and bottom “buns”)

  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar

  • 8 Oreo cookies, crushed (plus 4 whole for layering)

  • ½ cup cheesecake filling or cream cheese frosting

  • ½ cup chocolate spread (Nutella or melted chocolate chips)

  • ½ cup whipped cream or whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Prep the donuts: Slice the donuts horizontally to create two flat halves per donut (like burger buns). Set aside.

  2. Make cheesecake mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine cheesecake filling (or frosting) with powdered sugar and half of the crushed Oreos. Mix until smooth.

  3. Assemble the bottom half:

    • Spread a thick layer of cheesecake mixture on the bottom donut half.

    • Place 3-4 whole Oreos on top of the cheesecake.

    • Spoon chocolate spread over the Oreos.

  4. Add the whipped cream:

    • Dollop or pipe whipped cream generously over the chocolate layer.

  5. Finish the burger:

    • Close with the top half of the donut.

    • Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos over the top.

  6. Serve and enjoy immediately while fresh and gooey!

Notes

  • Don’t overstuff: These burgers are rich – a little goes a long way!

  • For best results, use fresh, soft donuts and high-quality cream cheese filling.

  • Customizations: Add sliced strawberries, drizzle with caramel, or use flavored donuts for extra flair.

  • Storage: Best eaten fresh. If storing, keep in the fridge up to 24 hours and reheat gently before serving.
