Pancake au Yaourt

Ingredients:

  •  two eggs
  •  a hundred and fifty g flour
  •  two Bulgarian yoghurts
  •  1 pinch of salt
  •  1 packet of vanilla sugar
  •  half of sachet baking powder

Preparation:

Step: 1
Mix all elements together.

Step: 2
Grease a frying pan, then pour in a little of the combination to shape a small patty.

Step: 3
Once bubbles shape on the surface, flip the pancakes upside down.

Step: 4
Sprinkle with icing sugar, serve with honey, jam of your choice.
