Ingredients:
- two eggs
- a hundred and fifty g flour
- two Bulgarian yoghurts
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- half of sachet baking powder
Preparation:

Step: 1
Mix all elements together.
Step: 2
Grease a frying pan, then pour in a little of the combination to shape a small patty.
Step: 3
Once bubbles shape on the surface, flip the pancakes upside down.
Step: 4
Sprinkle with icing sugar, serve with honey, jam of your choice.
