  • 1 lb Light and unsalted butter
  • For the secret sauce:
  • ¼ C.Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons. Sliced ​​bacon
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon in 3 layers the same shape as your bread.

How To Make Patty Melts with Secret Sauce

Season the meat on both sides with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Cook the shells on the stove over medium heat until cooked. Remove the pan.
While the meat is cooking, mix the sauce ingredients until well combined.
Cleans the grill used to cook meat properly and reduce heat evenly.
Butter one side of each loaf well.
Place three slices of bread in the pan, cut side down.
Add 2 slices of protolo cheese, bacon and 2 slices of cheddar cheese on each slice of bread.
Spread a small amount of sauce on the lean part of the remaining bread pieces and place it on top of the meatballs melting in the pan, with the sauce side up.
Pour the melted crust over the melted protolon and coat one side of the bread well.
