Pumpkin Pecan Cobbler

Ingredients

For the Cobbler

• 3 tablespoons plus 1 cup of all-purpose flour
• Baking powder, two teaspoons
• 0.5 teaspoons of salt
• Granulated sugar, 3/4 cup
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1/2 nutmeg teaspoon
• a half-teaspoon of cloves
• 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
• 1/4 cup of milk
• Melted butter or vegetable oil in 1/4 cup
• Vanilla extract, 1.5 tablespoons

For the Topping

• Granulated sugar, 1/2 cup
• 50 g of brown sugar
• chopped pecans, 1/4 cup
• 1.5 cups of really hot water
