🍳 Easy Sausage Breakfast Muffins 🍳
Ingredients:
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and put together a 12-cup muffin tin via greasing it or lining it with paper muffin liners.
Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium warmness till browned and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
In a giant mixing bowl, mix the cooked sausage, Bisquick baking mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and eggs. Mix till properly combined.
Spoon the batter into the organized muffin cups, filling every about two-thirds full.
Bake for 20 minutes till golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the core comes out clean.
Let the desserts cool in the pan for a few minutes earlier than transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
