1 lb sausage
two cups milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
eight biscuits (pre-made or homemade)
1 teaspoon salt
half teaspoon black pepper
half of teaspoon floor sage
Optional: half of teaspoon overwhelmed purple pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Directions:

1. Grab a massive ol’ skillet and toss in your sausage. Cook it up over medium warmness till it is all satisfactory and browned, breaking it up as you go.
2. Once that sausage is lookin’ good, sprinkle in your flour and supply it a correct stir. Let it prepare dinner for about two minutes to get all pleasant with the sausage.
3. Slowly pour in your milk whilst you hold stirring like there may be no tomorrow. Crank up the warmness to medium-high and let it all come to a fantastic boil. Then, flip down the warmness and let it simmer till it thickens up, ’bout 5 minutes or so. Season it up with salt, pepper, and sage to taste. If you are feelin’ spicy, toss in these purple pepper flakes too.
4. Now, whilst all that is simmerin’, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
5. Grab a 9×13 inch baking dish and line it with them biscuits, makin’ certain they’re all comfy in there.
6. Once your gravy’s satisfactory and thick, pour it all over them biscuits.
7. Pop that dish into the oven and let it bake for about 25-30 minutes, till them biscuits are golden brown and lookin’ delicious.
8. Serve it up warm and enjoy!
