  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cooked and shredded

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:

  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté until they are soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
    • Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
    • Stir in the shredded beef, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
    • Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Stir in the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheese until everything is well combined.
  3. Assemble the Pie:
    • Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and place it in the prepared baking dish, allowing the edges to hang over the sides.
    • Pour the beef and cheese mixture into the puff pastry and spread it evenly.
    • Roll out the second sheet of puff pastry and place it over the filling. Trim any excess pastry and press the edges together to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges and create a decorative border.
    • Cut a few small slits in the top of the pastry to allow steam to escape.
  4. Bake the Pie:
