Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds

  • 2 medium potatoes, diced

  • 1 smoked sausage, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

 

‍ Preparation:

1. Preheat and Prep:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat up your grill.

  • Cut 4 large sheets of foil.

2. Assemble the Packs:

  • Evenly divide the shrimp, corn pieces, diced potatoes, and sausage slices onto each foil sheet.

  • Drizzle everything with olive oil, then season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Seal and Cook:

  • Fold the foil sheets into secure packets, sealing tightly to trap steam.

  • Place them in the oven or on the grill for 20–25 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the shrimp are fully cooked.

4. Serve:

  • Carefully open each foil pack to release the steam.
