One-Pan Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

INGREDIENTS

– eight oz fettuccine pasta
– 1 pound massive shrimp, peeled and deveined
– two tablespoons unsalted butter
– two cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and freshly floor black pepper to taste
– two tablespoons chopped sparkling parsley

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook fettuccine in accordance to bundle instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, soften butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add shrimp and prepare dinner dinner until purple and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the equal skillet, add heavy cream and supply to a simmer. Reduce warmness to low and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Return cooked fettuccine and shrimp to the skillet. Toss until pasta is evenly lined in Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
