Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli

INGREDIENTS

  •  1 half kilos red meat chuck roast, sliced into skinny strips
  •  1 cup red meat broth
  •  half cup low sodium soy sauce
  •  1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  •  three cloves garlic, minced
  •  two tablespoons sesame oil
  •  two tablespoons cornstarch
  •  two tablespoons water
  •  four cups broccoli florets
  •  Cooked white rice, for serving
  • Optional garnish: toasted sesame seeds and sliced inexperienced onions

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place your thinly sliced red meat in the backside of the gradual cooker.
