Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Crackers, chips, or bread for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker:
- Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray or a little bit of oil.
- Mix the Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in most of the cooked and crumbled bacon, reserving a little for garnish.
- Cook the Dip:
- Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker and spread it out evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Once the dip is done cooking, sprinkle the reserved bacon and chopped green onions on top for garnish.
- Serve the cheesy bacon dip warm with crackers, chips, or slices of bread.
