Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Crackers, chips, or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker:
    • Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray or a little bit of oil.
  2. Mix the Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
    • Fold in most of the cooked and crumbled bacon, reserving a little for garnish.
  3. Cook the Dip:
    • Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker and spread it out evenly.
    • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
    • Once the dip is done cooking, sprinkle the reserved bacon and chopped green onions on top for garnish.
    • Serve the cheesy bacon dip warm with crackers, chips, or slices of bread.
