Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

1 small onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

3 cups chicken or beef broth

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream or milk

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Brown the Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add to Slow Cooker
In your slow cooker, add the cooked ground beef, diced potatoes, onion, garlic, crumbled bacon, and broth. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Cook
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
4. Add Cheese & Cream
About 20–30 minutes before serving, stir in shredded cheese and cream. Let it melt into the soup for a rich, creamy texture.
5. Serve
