INGREDIENTS
- 1kg of inexperienced king prawns, peeled & deveined
- 115g of butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 cup hen stock
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 tablespoon simple flour
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley to garnish if preferred

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat butter & garlic on excessive till butter is melted.
Stir in flour.
Slowly add stock & cream and stir to combine
Cover & cook dinner on excessive for 30 minutes or till thickened nicely, stirring each 10 minutes
Add mustard, S&P to taste
Add prawns & cowl & prepare dinner on HIGH for 15-20 minutes, stirring gently half of way.
Prawns have been smooth & simply amazingly delish!
