INGREDIENTS

  •  two lbs boneless skinless rooster breasts or thighs

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the hen in the backside of the gradual cooker.
2. In a small bowl, whisk collectively the lime juice, rooster broth, garlic, cumin, and purple pepper flakes if using.
