Using ravioli to make lasagna is the easiest dish ever because ravioli works just like ricotta noodles! This slow cooker wonton lasagna is my family go-to.

Slow Cooker – 5 Seasons or Larger

- 25 oz. frozen ravioli – DO NOT (I use 5 cheese)
- 1 lb. ground beef (a lighter sauce can be used)
- 1 cup white onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves (not)
- 24 oz. marinara sauce (I use Rao’s)
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna Recipe
- In a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and fried onion. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme.
- Cook until the meat is done. Do not remove all the juice from the meat;
- Put a few spoonfuls in to keep the meat moist.
- Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- Add half of the marinara sauce to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add half of the ravioli bag to the sauce.
- Add all the minced meat to the manti.
- Add the remaining ravioli onto the meat.
- Pour the rest of the sauce over it.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook DOWN for 4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
