Using ravioli to make lasagna is the easiest dish ever because ravioli works just like ricotta noodles! This slow cooker wonton lasagna is my family go-to.

Appliances
Slow Cooker – 5 Seasons or Larger

Appliances

  • 25 oz. frozen ravioli – DO NOT (I use 5 cheese)
  • 1 lb. ground beef (a lighter sauce can be used)
  • 1 cup white onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves (not)
  • 24 oz. marinara sauce (I use Rao’s)
  • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese (2 cups)

Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna Recipe

  1. In a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and fried onion. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme.
  2. Cook until the meat is done. Do not remove all the juice from the meat;
  3. Put a few spoonfuls in to keep the meat moist.
  4. Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  5. Add half of the marinara sauce to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  6. Add half of the ravioli bag to the sauce.
  7. Add all the minced meat to the manti.
  8. Add the remaining ravioli onto the meat.
  9. Pour the rest of the sauce over it.
  10. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  11. Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook DOWN for 4 hours.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
