Smoked Chicken Wings Weight Watchers Points

INGREDIENTS

  • Two kilos fowl wings
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup warm sauce

Preheat your grill for oblique heat. You will want to set up a cooler aspect and a hotter side.
In a small bowl, combine collectively the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the rooster wings in a giant bowl and sprinkle the spice combination over them, tossing to coat.
Place the hen wings on the cooler aspect of the grill and smoke them for 1 hour, or till they are cooked via and the inner temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
In a small bowl, combine collectively the melted butter and warm sauce.
Brush the wings with the butter combination and pass them to the hotter aspect of the grill. Grill the wings for an extra 5-10 minutes, or till they are crispy and caramelized.
Remove the wings from the grill and serve them hot, with your preference of dipping sauces or sides.
