- 200g onion
- 2 garlic
- 10g olive oil
- Approx. 10 Charlotte potatoes
- 500g water
- 1 bouquet garni
- 3 tablespoons cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 5 smoked sausages
- A few strips of cheese
Peel and chop the onion, peel the garlic cloves, germinate them, cut them, fry them together with the onion in olive oil.
In the meantime, peel the potatoes, cut them into thin strips and cook them with the bunch in the water for about 10 minutes.
When the onion is soft, spread a layer on the bottom of the baking dish, arrange a row of potatoes, place the sausage slices on top and sprinkle with the Comté shavings cut with a potato peeler.
In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with milk, pepper and paprika, pour the prepared mixture over the sausages and spread it over the row of potatoes again.
Then sprinkle with grated Comté.
Cook at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
Preparation for tm5:
Peel the onion, halve it, peel the garlic cloves, remove the sprouts, put everything in the Thermomix bowl & Mix: 5 sec/level. 5. Scrape down the sides, add the olive oil and heat: 5 min/90°C/speed. 1.
In the meantime, peel the potatoes, cut them into thin strips and put them in the basket, it was full.
After peeling, remove the onion and place it in the bottom of the pot without rinsing the container, add the water and the herb bundle, add the basket and cook for 25 mins/Varoma/speed 1.
When the onion rings, take half of the potatoes, place them on the onion, then place the sausage slices on top and sprinkle with a few shavings cut with a potato peeler.
