Roasted Red Pepper, Spinach, and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  •  four boneless, skinless poultry breasts
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  half cup roasted crimson peppers, thinly sliced
  •  1 cup sparkling spinach leaves
  •  1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  •  two tablespoons olive oil
  •  two cloves garlic, minced
  •  1 teaspoon dried basil
  •  1 teaspoon dried oregano
  •  half of teaspoon paprika
  •  Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish massive adequate to keep the rooster breasts in a single layer.
2. Using a sharp knife, make a horizontal slit alongside the facet of every fowl breast to create a pocket for stuffing. Be cautious now not to reduce all the way through.
3. Season the inner and backyard of every hen breast with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Stuff every rooster breast with roasted pink pepper slices, sparkling spinach leaves, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Press the edges of the hen breast collectively to seal the stuffing inside.
5. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, and paprika.
6. Brush the professional olive oil combination over the stuffed poultry breasts, coating them evenly.
7. Place the stuffed fowl breasts in the organized baking dish.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or till the poultry is cooked via and juices run clear.
9. Remove from the oven and let the poultry relaxation for 5 minutes earlier than serving.
10. Garnish with chopped clean parsley, if desired, earlier than serving.
