Top with a 0.33 of the cream cheese mixture, 1/2 of the strawberries and half of of the grated chocolate. Repeat layers. Top with closing cream cheese mixture. Garnish with chocolate curls and strawberries if desired. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours.
