    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch (23×33 cm) baking dish.
    • Bake for 8-10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture.
    • Spread this layer evenly over the cooled crust.
  3. Prepare the Strawberry Layer:
    • In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the cold water and allow it to cool slightly.

    • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it begins to thicken. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
    • Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the set strawberry layer.
  5. Chill and Serve:
    • Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours before serving to allow all the layers to set completely.
    • Slice and serve chilled. Garnish with additional strawberries if desired.

Tips

  • Graham Crackers: For a different flavor, try using crushed vanilla wafers or digestive biscuits for the crust.
  • Berries: You can substitute the strawberries with other berries, such as raspberries or blueberries, depending on your preference.
