For the poppy seed dressing you will need apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, grated onions, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, mayonnaise, salt and black pepper.For the salad you will need mixed green lettuce, red onions, strawberries, chopped walnuts, feta cheese and cooked bacon.

HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD

Let’s start by mixing the dressing. Mix apple cider vinegar, sugar, grated onions, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds and mayonnaise. Next, fill a large bowl with the vegetables and add bacon, strawberries, red onion, feta cheese and walnuts. Finally, spread with the poppy seed dressing.

RECIPE TIPS

Use any mix of spinach, romaine lettuce and baby greens as they all work well and taste delicious.
Fresh berries such as blueberries, raspberries or blackberries, but also tangerines, apples or pears go well with this salad.
