Strawberry Upside Down Cake is so best for Summer and solely 4-ingredients! Starts with a sparkling strawberry combination on the bottom, topped with a white cake mix, baked and then flipped over.

Servings: 9 slices

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 white cake combine organized in accordance to container directions
  • 2 cups strawberries chopped
  • 1 6 oz container strawberry jello
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows miniature

Strawberry Upside Down Cake

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350º.
  2. Prepare cake batter in accordance to the field directions. Set aside.
  3. Place strawberries in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Evenly sprinkle dry jello combine over pinnacle of strawberries.
  5. Next, add marshmallows.
  6. Finally, pour the cake batter over top.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow cake to cool for 20 minutes. Then gently run a knife round the edges
  9. and flip the cake out onto a serving tray.
