For the Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • store-bought or homemade keto ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon rehydrated dry chopped onion
  • two tablespoons of dill relish
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh, minced white onionSalt
  • two teaspoons of Granular Swerve

For the Big Macs

  • 4 thin patties made from 1/2 pound
  • of ground beef; see Notes
  • season with salt
  • pepper to taste.
  • 2 tops and 4 bottoms of four keto sesame seed buns; see Notes
  • butter as necessary
  • chopped lettuce
  • Pickles, dill
  • 4. American cheese slices
