Ingredients

  • 1 cup rainbow sherbet (use multiple colors for a layered effect)

  • ½ cup cold pineapple juice

  • ¼ cup coconut cream (not coconut milk)

  • ½ cup crushed ice

  • Optional garnishes:

Instructions

  • Chill your glassware in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.

  • In a blender, combine pineapple juice and coconut cream until smooth.
