Ingredients

For the Watermelon Fries:

  • 1 medium seedless watermelon, cut into fry-like sticks

  • Lime zest, for garnish (optional)

  • Tajin seasoning or chili-lime powder, optional for a zesty kick

For the Coconut Lime Dip:

  • ½ cup coconut yogurt (or Greek yogurt for a thicker texture)

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Cut the Watermelon:
Slice the watermelon into rectangular sticks, resembling French fries. Place them on a serving platter or in a shallow bowl.

  2. Prepare the Dip:
In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, and sweetener (if using). Stir until smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve & Garnish:
Sprinkle the watermelon fries with lime zest or Tajin for an extra pop of flavor. Serve immediately with the dip on the side.

  4. Tip:
For extra chill, refrigerate the watermelon fries before serving!
