Meximelt Recipe – a copycat recipe of the famous Taco Bell pork Meximelt that used to be handy in stores. Super convenient to make and even higher at home.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound floor beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 6 taco sized flour tortillas
  • 2 cup Mexican shredded cheese blend
  • 3/4 cup Pico de Gallo
  • Pico de Gallo
  • 1 cup tomato, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped

Taco Bell Meximelts

INSTRUCTION

  1. To put together the pico de gallo toss all of the elements collectively in a bowl. Store in fridge till prepared to use.
  2. Brown the floor pork in a giant skillet, breaking up into small pieces. Add the taco seasoning and water known as for on the package.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas in a towel, for about 20 seconds, or till they are pliable, handy to take care of and do not crack.
  4. Fill the tortillas with cheese, meat, and some of the pico de gallo. Fold in the aspects and roll up like a burrito.
  5. Wrap every Meximelt in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 seconds each.
  6. Remove and serve immediately.
