PORK CHOPS WITH SCALLOPED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

• 6 portions of pork
• 4 candy potatoes, peeled and finely chopped
• 1 onion reduce into slices
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• two tablespoons of all-purpose flour
• 1 can broth of your preference (chicken works great), 14 oz
• Salt and pepper to taste
• half teaspoon garlic powder
• half teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 tiers F
2. Grease a 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
3. Arrange the potatoes and onions in the backside of the baking dish. season.

4. Brown and season the pork chops and area over the potato and onion layer.
5. In a medium saucepan, soften the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk till combined. Add the broth and convey to a boil. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Cook and stir till thick.
6. Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
7. Cover with foil and bake for forty five minutes.
8. Serve and Enjoy!
