This is the great zucchini lasagna recipe made besides grains or gluten, low in carbs, keto and you may no longer care! Just 6 internet carbs per serving!

Prep Time   25 minutes 
Cook Time  40 minutes 
Total Time  1 hour 5minutes 

INGREDIENTS

  • Two kilos zucchini sliced lengthwise, ¼ inch thick (For exceptional effects use a mandoline slicer or vegetable peeler or sharp knife)
  • 1 ½ kilos floor beef
  • 1 tablespoon more virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups marinara sauce divided, no brought sugar
  • 16 oz ricotta cheese or see selections above
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano or use two teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon beaten purple pepper

Low Carb Grain Free Zucchini Lasagna

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 ranges F.
  2. Lay sliced zucchini strips onto two greased baking sheet pans.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or till fork gentle and set aside.

  9. Spread half of the ricotta combination over the zucchini.
  10. Spread half of the meat sauce over the cheese.
  11. Lay greater zucchini slices over the meat and repeat once more with the rest of the cheese and meat mixture.
  12. Finish with the remaining slices of zucchini.
  13. Top with reserved marinara sauce and reserved mozzarella cheese.
  14. Bake 30 minutes blanketed then uncovered for 10 minutes till golden brown.
  15. Give it a speedy 1-2 minutes beneath broil if you like a crispier topping.
