INGREDIENTS
- eight oz (225g) fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb (450g) massive shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for greater heat)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the Fettuccine:
In a massive pan, deliver water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the fettuccine pasta. Cook in accordance to the bundle directions till al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
