Chile Rellenos Casserole is a scrumptious and flavorful Mexican dish that combines the common flavors of chile rellenos in a handy and easy-to-make casserole form. Originating in Mexico, chile rellenos are generally made by way of stuffing roasted chili peppers with cheese or meat, dipping them in batter, and frying till golden and crispy. INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound floor sirloin
  • 3/4 cup bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 8 oz. chopped inexperienced chile

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

3. Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and allspice. Mix properly to mix the flavors.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed eggs, bitter cream, and a splash of milk.
5. Grease a baking dish and unfold 1/2 of the inexperienced chiles in the bottom.
6. Sprinkle half of of shredded cheddar cheese over the chiles.
7. Spoon the meat combination over the cheese layer.
