My Mom’s Fudge

Fudge used to be usually a deal with when we have been developing up. It was once saved for round the Holidays as one of the many cookies and treats that would be made. This recipe for My Mother’s Fudge turns out fantastically each and every time I make it.

Ingredients

  • ¾ C. Butter unsalted
  • 2 ½ C. Granulated sugar
  • ⅔ C. Evaporated milk
  • 12 ounces Bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 7 ounces Marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

How To Make My Mom’s Fudge

Place the butter, sugar, and milk into a saucepan over excessive warmness on the stove, and carry to a boil, whisking frequently to combine.
Once boiling, limit the warmness to medium and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove the combination from the warmness and whisk in the chocolate chips till melted.
Whisk in the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract.
Pour the combination into a 9×9 baking dish that has been lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray.
Let sit down for a number of hours in the fridge earlier than cutting to serve.
