Here is a delightful recipe for Luscious Peach Cream Cheesecake:
Ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup butter, melted
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1 can (15 oz) peach slices, drained and chopped
– 1/4 cup peach preserves
– Whipped cream and additional peach slices for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
6. In a small bowl, mix the chopped peaches and peach preserves. Spoon this mixture over the cream cheese layer.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
9. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and additional peach slices.
