Ingredients:

  •  1 lb Monon Meats Smoked sausage, thinly sliced
  •  two lbs potatoes, diced
  •  1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  •  1 packet ranch dressing mix
  •  half cup milk
  •  1/4 cup melted butter
  •  1 onion, finely diced
  •  two cloves garlic, minced
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  half of cup chopped inexperienced onions for garnish

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
