These bite-sized desserts combine soft biscuit dough, spiced apple pie filling, and gooey caramel candy for an irresistible sweet treat. Finished with a drizzle of caramel and a little crunch on top, they’re simple to make but look bakery-worthy.

 Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 1 cup apple pie filling, finely chopped

  • 8 soft caramel candies, unwrapped

Optional Toppings

  • Caramel sauce, for drizzling

  • Whipped cream

  • Crushed nuts or cookie crumbs

  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

 Instructions

Step 1: Prep

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: Flatten the Biscuits

Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

Step 3: Fill

Spoon about 1 tablespoon of finely chopped apple pie filling into the center of each dough circle.
Place one caramel candy on top of the apple filling.

Step 4: Seal

Carefully pull the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball shape.
Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 5: Bake

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Step 6: Add Toppings

Let cool for a few minutes (the caramel inside will be hot!).
Drizzle with caramel sauce, add whipped cream, and sprinkle with crushed nuts or crumbs if desired.

Conclusion

These Caramel Apple Pie Bombs are warm, gooey, and packed with cozy apple-caramel flavor in every bite. With just a few simple ingredients, you get a dessert that feels festive, fun, and totally indulgent. Serve them warm and watch everyone reach for seconds!
