Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
2.In a bowl, mix sugar, sour cream and softened butter.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time and then add the mashed banana and vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
5. Add the chopped walnuts.
