HONEY GARLIC RIBS

These honey-glazed ribs are effortless to make. Delicious served both warm or at room temperature so this is a terrific recipe for a informal dinner birthday party that you can make ahead. The sauce is awesome served over rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 kilos pork spareribs
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 stages F (190 ranges C).
Slice ribs into man or woman pieces. Combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic in a giant bowl; stir till honey and sugar are totally dissolved, then stir in baking soda. The combination will start to foam. Transfer ribs to the bowl and flip to coat.
