Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits (such as Heath Bits o’ Brickle)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Biscuits or cookies for dipping (such as Biscoff or graham crackers)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Caramel:
    • Fold in the caramel sauce gently, creating swirls in the mixture for a marbled effect.
  3. Incorporate Toffee Bits:
    • Stir in most of the toffee bits, reserving some for garnish.
  4. Transfer to Serving Dish:
    • Spread the mixture into a serving dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Garnish:
    • Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with the reserved toffee bits.
  6. Chill:
    • Cover the dish with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  7. Serve:
    • Serve with biscuits or cookies for dipping.
