Caramel Toffee Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup toffee bits (such as Heath Bits o’ Brickle)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Biscuits or cookies for dipping (such as Biscoff or graham crackers)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Base:
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add Caramel:
- Fold in the caramel sauce gently, creating swirls in the mixture for a marbled effect.
- Incorporate Toffee Bits:
- Stir in most of the toffee bits, reserving some for garnish.
- Transfer to Serving Dish:
- Spread the mixture into a serving dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Garnish:
- Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with the reserved toffee bits.
- Chill:
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
- Serve:
- Serve with biscuits or cookies for dipping.
