Cream Cheese and Raspberry Jam Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup raspberry jam or preserves
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:
    • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, chopped bell peppers (if using), garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Assemble the Dip:
    • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
  3. Add the Jam Layer:
    • Spread the raspberry jam or preserves over the top of the cream cheese mixture, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
  4. Chill:
    • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve:
