Cream Cheese and Raspberry Jam Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup raspberry jam or preserves
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions:
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, chopped bell peppers (if using), garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Assemble the Dip:
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Add the Jam Layer:
- Spread the raspberry jam or preserves over the top of the cream cheese mixture, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
- Chill:
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve:
- Serve the dip with crackers or sliced baguette.
