Sweet and Savory Meatballs and Sausages with Pineapple

Ingredients:
- 1 pound frozen meatballs
- 1 package (14 oz) cocktail sausages
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a medium bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add some of the reserved pineapple juice if you want a thinner sauce.
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a slow cooker or an Instant Pot, add the frozen meatballs, cocktail sausages, and pineapple chunks.
- Add Sauce:
- Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs, sausages, and pineapple. Stir to coat everything evenly.
- Cooking Methods:
- Slow Cooker: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Instant Pot: Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Once done, perform a quick release.
- Serve:
- Serve the sweet and savory meatballs and sausages with pineapple hot, as an appetizer or over rice for a main dish.
