Cheesy Garlic Herb Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
    • Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer to Baking Dish:
    • Spread the mixture evenly into an oven-safe baking dish.
  4. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve the cheesy garlic herb dip warm with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
