Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Bars

Introduction: If you’re craving a dessert that’s both crunchy and gooey, these Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Bars are a perfect choice. Layers of graham crackers, melted marshmallows, caramel, and Butterfinger pieces come together to create a delectable treat that balances sweet and crunchy textures with a hint of chocolate.

Ingredients:

  • 6 ½ sheets graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 (11 oz) bag caramel bits
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 (10 oz) bag Butterfinger bites, coarsely chopped
  • 2 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pan: Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal, and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Graham cracker crust: Arrange the crushed graham crackers evenly across the bottom of the pan to form the base.
  3. Marshmallow layer: Spread mini marshmallows evenly over the graham crackers.
  4. Caramel layer: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the caramel bits with milk in 30-second intervals until smooth. Pour the caramel evenly over the marshmallow layer.
  5. Butterfinger layer: Sprinkle the chopped Butterfinger pieces over the caramel, pressing them down gently.
  6. Chocolate drizzle: Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the Butterfinger layer.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate for about 1 hour until the bars are firm. Once set, lift the bars out using the foil, cut into squares, and enjoy.

Conclusion: These bars offer a satisfying combination of gooey caramel, marshmallows, and crunchy Butterfinger bites, all topped with a decadent chocolate drizzle. They’re easy to prepare and perfect for sharing. Store any leftovers in the fridge, and they can be enjoyed for up to 5 days!
